As the COO of NovaSight and a student from WLSA Shanghai Academy, I oversee the end-to-end execution of our project, ensuring that our concept can move reliably from prototype to scalable production. My responsibilities cover project implementation, supply-chain coordination, laboratory testing management, and cross-team resource alignment. Beyond operations, I lead NovaSight's entire brand system: I authored the brand story, designed the brand logo, defined the brand tone, and developed the visual and narrative identity that anchors our public presence. I also draft major sections of our business plan and coordinate the integration between technical development, marketing strategy, and user insights. My motivation comes from witnessing how assistive technologies often overlook affordability and real user experience; I want to build solutions that truly reach those who need them most. I bring strengths in strategic communication, systems thinking, and execution discipline to drive NovaSight forward.

As the Software Developer for NovaSight and a student at Hangzhou No.14 High School, I design and write the core code that connects users' phones to our product, NaviApollo. I have been passionate about coding since I was ten years old, with a long-held wish to contribute to society. Given that limited resources make it challenging to guide blind individuals using hardware alone, my role is to bridge this gap: maximizing our product's functionality while minimizing cost for the user. I care deeply about improving daily life for people with disabilities, and I hope NaviApollo can serve as a guiding tool for those with visual impairments.

As the Business Manager for NovaSight, my role is to assist the team that brings our smart vision aid from an idea to real people's hands. I focus on creating and executing the plans that make our product not only technologically advanced but also affordable, reliable, and easy for our users to access. I believe the best technology solves real problems, and my goal is to make sure NovaSight truly helps people with visual impairments move through their world with more freedom and confidence. By managing our business strategy, partnerships, and operations, I work to turn our shared hope—a world without barriers—into everyday reality.

As the CTO of NovaSight, I lead our hardware development and technology innovation strategy, ensuring our products progress efficiently from concept to scalable manufacturing. My responsibilities encompass hardware architecture design, R&D process management, prototype validation, and production readiness coordination. Beyond technical leadership, I also contribute to shaping our technology roadmap and aligning engineering execution with business goals. I actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and user experience, ensuring our solutions are robust, reliable, and user-centered. My drive comes from a deep belief that technology should be both advanced and accessible; I am committed to developing hardware that is not only innovative but also practical and impactful for our users. I bring expertise in system design, engineering execution, and team leadership to help NovaSight deliver meaningful technological solution.
